Overview
The Resource Center (RC) in Adopt serves as an always-on point of reference that allows a user to seek contextual help in their moment of need. The Resource Center allows employees to access published guides, access support articles, and stay up to date on announcements. You can access the Resource Center page at anytime via the left hand navigation bar. It is the 5th symbol, , in the column.
Required User Permission

You need to be an Admin to edit the Resource Center.
Create New Resource Center

Select "+ New Resource Center" in the top right of your Resource Center tab.
Add Module & Select Application
Select which application is associated with the Resource Center. Then select the first module you'd like to add to your Resource Center. Multiple modules can be selected, and there are 3 modules to choose from:
Tip: Selected modules will have a green check mark in the top right hand corner of the module.
After creating a new Resource Center you land on the Resource Center overview tab. Your Resource Center will be Disabled (1) until you're ready to publish it.
On this page, you can add additional modules to your Resource Center by clicking the "+Add Module"(2) button located in the middle of the page. You can also click the "+ Add Modules" (3) button located underneath the Disabled button.
View Module Details
Hover over a module and click "View Module Details" to begin adding content to the module and configuring its segment settings.
Adding Guides To Your Module
Add your first guides to the module by clicking "+ Add Guides" (1). Then select guides from the "Select Existing Guides" dropdown. You can only add Guides that are in Draft or Public.
Reordering Guide Content
You can reorder the guides in your Module by clicking "Edit" and then dragging the guide either up or down in the list.
Activation
The Resource Center can be launched by clicking on a Badge icon like you see within your preview or via the Pendo Launcher. The default launch method will be the Pendo Launcher and so there will be no additional activation settings to configure.
If, however, you opt for the Resource Center to be launched via a Badge, you can customize the Badge icon, color, Z-index, and location.
Badge Icon
Resource Center badge can be either an info bubble, question mark, star, or your own custom image. Image size upload is limited to 2MB but the image will be automatically scaled to fit the badge size.

Previewing Your Module
1. Click "Preview".
2. Enter the URL where you’d like to see your Resource Center.
Note: This will open a new tab and launch the Resource Center preview.
Publishing Your Resource Center
Change the settings in the drop down next to Preview to make your Resource Center Public. Before you set your Resource Center to Public, you will be prompted with another screen confirming your intent.
Resource Center Dashboard
Once you've clicked "View Module Details" or "+ Add Modules" you can begin to configure the module. Since you haven't added any guides to the Module yet, the Content section will be blank.
1. +Add Guides. Allows you to add existing guides to the Module.
2. Delete Module. Deletes the Module from your Resource Center.
3. Edit Segment. Modify who will be eligible to see the Resource Center.
4. Edit Sub-header. Edit it by hovering over the text.
Delete Resource Center
Click the trash can next to the Preview button. After clicking the trash can, you need to confirm you'd like to delete it.
