Overview
In Adopt, Guide State refers to whether a guide has been set to Public, Draft, or Disabled. If a Guide is set to Draft or Disabled, you will see it in the Module’s details view, but it won’t appear in Module if you choose to preview it. That is because if a module has no guides associated with it, the module won't appear in the Resource Center.
Also, if all the Guides in a module are in Draft or Disabled state, the module will not appear in the Resource Center. There are several other instances where the Guide State, and Guide Activation settings, can impact whether or not a Guide will appear in a module when previewing it. This article will look at all of them.
Note: Make sure Page Location of your Guides aligns with the module's presence. If you create a module with guides that only show on Page XYZ, the module will only appear when the user is on Page XYZ.

Note: You need to have some content in your modules, otherwise, nothing will show. For example, this happens when you launch a resource center with an Onboarding or Guide List module, but no guides are in it. If there's nothing to show, then the module (and even the RC badge itself) won't display.
